- Advanced Facilitation & Interaction: Master Kolb’s Learning Styles and interactive tools such as Restating, Drawing Out, and Building to manage group dynamics and "difficult" learners.
- Occupational Assessment Practitioner: Gain the competencies to plan and conduct competency-based assessments, collect valid evidence, and provide SMART remedial feedback.
